The folks at Ocean Revolution went to a conservation event in Washington, DC. Between their talent, knowledge and some luck with the right-place-at-the-right-time, things could not have gone better. Unfortunately, they were receiving more email (and attachments) in those few days than they had in the previous three years. Their emailboxes were overflowing! Spark Ranch quickly took care of the issue.
But the lesson to learn is make sure your emailbox is huge enough to handle your success.
